Malte Clausen

Founder

Malte is a former Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where he held global ownership of industrial biotech and advised two-thirds of the Nordic life-science corporate and private-equity market. Earlier, he spent nearly seven years at McKinsey & Company, leading projects across more than thirty countries, and held a global operating role at Vestas, where he led commercial growth initiatives as the service business scaled from roughly €1bn to €2bn. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Christian Kanstrup

Chief Commercial Officer

Christian brings close to three decades of senior leadership in life science. He spent nearly 20 years at Novo Nordisk in senior roles across the US, China, Japan, and Europe, where he headed Corporate Strategy and M&A and drove the company's early expansion into digital health. He has since served as Executive Vice President at Mediq and CEO of Nasdaq-listed Evaxion, and today works with several life-science companies and holds board positions across several Nordic health-tech companies. What sets him apart is the rare combination of deep AI exposure and genuine enterprise leadership — first-hand experience of how AI moves from concept to real-world use in complex organizations.
